Levelling Wedge
Application
A coloured plastic levelling system wedge. Used alongside a transparent plastic, wall and floor, levelling system clip designed to break at a specific point, tiles are ensured to be level, with minimal effort and given an automatic 1mm spacing.

Installation
Primary Tile
Following the tiling standards, spread the chosen adhesive and lay the primary tile on-top.
Levelling System Clips
Slightly away from each corner, place the base of the clips underneath the tile, ensuring the clip is flush with the tile to give an automatic1mm spacing.
Secondary Tile
Place the secondary tile on-top of the adjacent clip base, ensuring this tile is also flush to the clip, confirming the 1mm spacing is accurate.
Levelling System Wedges
From the higher tile, slide the wedge through the clip until the tile is pushed down levelling the primary and secondary tile.
Repeat
Continue through stages 2, 3 & 4 until the whole floor is tiled.
Finish
Once the adhesive is set, make contact from the side of the clips using a rubber mallet. This will dislodge the top of the clip from the base at the breakpoint, also freeing the wedge which can be re-used on the next tile project.
Note.
Tile spacers can be used in conjunction with the Levelling System, after stage 4, to achieve larger grout lines
The Levelling System Tool can be used to easily level the tiles with the clips and wedges, instead of by hand.
